What's covered under warranty?
SBLM hardware (loose / stuck / oil leak): 10 years. Frame crack / structural fail: 5 years. Mattress spring sag / manufacturing defect: 1 year. Customer misuse (overload / DIY tampering): out of warranty.
Is in-warranty fix free?
Yes, 100% free. Includes parts (replacement hardware) + labor (onsite) + transport. We absorb all costs. Customer only needs home access for the visit.
How fast can you come fix it?
Standard: 3-5 working days from WhatsApp (depends on parts availability + your schedule). Emergency (bed cannot fold down = cannot sleep): 24-48 hour priority slot (we reserve emergency slots for in-warranty customers).
Does warranty transfer to new owner if I sell my flat?
Yes. 10-year warranty stays with the property, not the original buyer. New owner / next tenant can claim. Free 5-min transfer registration (WhatsApp us your unit address + new contact).
How much for out-of-warranty repairs?
Depends on scope. Transparent pricing: hardware part replacement HKD 1,500-3,500 (parts + labor), frame repair HKD 2,000-5,000, mattress replacement HKD 2,000 (we source compatible). Onsite diagnosis HKD 500 (deductible if you proceed with fix).
I bought from another vendor — will you fix it?
Out-of-warranty third-party wall bed repair: yes (HKD 1,500 onsite + parts at cost). But certain proprietary internal mechanisms we don't recognize may need to escalate to original vendor.
How do I schedule the annual onsite check?
We send WhatsApp reminder every December. Reply with 1-2 home-available slots (typical 1-hour window). We schedule technician for 1 hour onsite. Includes: hardware oiling + bolt tightness + 5-cycle test + record update.
