Ten-year mechanism warranty: confirm the written scope
WALLBED KING partner materials advertise a 10-year SBLM mechanism warranty. The duration alone does not establish that all components, labour or visits are free for ten years.
Product supply, installation, invoices and warranty are handled by WALLBED KING (HK). Ask for the applicable written warranty before ordering. Any existing signed warranty continues to apply.
Check these terms before paying a deposit
- The selected mechanism model and covered components.
- The warranty start date, duration and proof of purchase required.
- Separate cover for the frame, cabinet, finish, mattress or other furniture.
- Whether parts, labour, travel and call-out charges are included.
- Servicing requirements, frequency and any service charges.
- Exclusions, permitted load, authorised repairs and use instructions.
- Whether relocation or a new owner affects coverage.
Ask for the specification and load rating of your selected configuration. A general marketing page does not establish a universal rating for every bed.
Request help with an existing bed
- Send your invoice or order reference, installation date and a photo or video of the issue.
- Ask the provider to confirm whether the issue is covered and any assessment, parts, labour or visit charges.
- Agree the service arrangement in writing before proceeding.
If the bed, wall fixing or lock appears unsafe, stop using it and contact the installation provider. Follow the supplied model instructions.
