- Whether a mattress is included; compatible dimensions and weight if you supply one
- Desk, sofa, storage and other selected options
- Whether delivery, stairs, parking, installation and building arrangements are included
- Any wall preparation, removal of old furniture or other work
- Total price, deposit, payment schedule, lead time, warranty and cancellation terms
