5. Cancellation + Modification Terms
7-day cancellation: Full refund of deposit if request received within 7 calendar days of signing AND production has not started.
Post-7-day cancellation: 30% deposit non-refundable. Configuration changes (size / finish / add-ons) accepted with HKD 800 admin fee, scheduling impact case-by-case.
Production delay: If production exceeds 8 weeks (excluding force majeure), HKD 500/week credit applied to balance.
Install date change: Free if 7+ days notice. HKD 1,200 fee if < 7 days.
6. Approval Status
Estate: Taikoo Shing (private estate)
Approval status: Engineering work form submitted to management office on YYYY-MM-DD; expected approval 5-7 working days.
Required from customer: (1) Sign management authorization letter, (2) provide owner consent (if tenant), (3) coordinate lift booking on install day.
