What we measure / inspect:

- Ceiling height + clearance for vertical or horizontal mechanism
- Power outlets, light switches, AC vents, window positions vs wall bed footprint
- Existing furniture inventory (what stays, what goes)
- Lifestyle brief — sleep frequency, guest hosting, WFH needs, future kid plans

3D Rendering & Written Quote
Within 48 hours of site visit, you receive a PDF containing:
- 3D rendering — open view (bed extended) and closed view (bed folded into wall)

- Itemized written quote — every line item separately listed (hardware, frame, mattress, installation, add-ons, taxes)

Quote valid 30 days. You can request unlimited design revisions before deposit (free). After deposit, 1 free revision before production starts.
Confirm + 30% Deposit
When ready, you sign:
- Service agreement (size, configuration, finish, price, install date)
- Authorization for management office paperwork
- 30% deposit payment (credit card / bank transfer / FPS / cheque)

Building Approval (Parallel)
This phase happens in parallel with production. We submit on your behalf:
For Private Estates
- Engineering work application (architectural drawings)
- HKD 10M public liability insurance certificate
- Worker permits + ID register
- Insurance documents
- HKD 5,000-10,000 management deposit (refunded after sign-off)
Typical approval: 5-7 working days. Less than 2% of management applications get rejected.
For HOS (居屋)

For HKHA Public Housing

Production at Kwun Tong Workshop
WALLBED KING (HK) workshop in Kwun Tong handles production. 4 stages:
- Week 1: Frame timber cutting + processing (FSC-certified plywood)

- Week 4: SBLM mechanism installation + 5x cycle test
- Week 5-6: QC + mattress matching + install scheduling

Installation Day
Installer team arrives at 09:00. One-day install, low-noise tools, no neighbor complaints in 100+ HK installs.
