Confirm whether design drawings or a quotation are available and agree the scope and timing with the supplier.

Confirm + 30% Deposit
When ready, you sign:
- Service agreement (size, configuration, finish, price, install date)
- Authorization for management office paperwork
- 30% deposit payment (credit card / bank transfer / FPS / cheque)

Building Approval (Parallel)
This phase happens in parallel with production. We submit on your behalf:
For Private Estates
- Engineering work application (architectural drawings)
- HKD 10M public liability insurance certificate
- Worker permits + ID register
- Insurance documents
- HKD 5,000-10,000 management deposit (refunded after sign-off)
Typical approval: 5-7 working days. Less than 2% of management applications get rejected.
For HOS (居屋)
Management office approval + case-by-case Housing Authority approval. We have 6 years of HOS experience including Heng Fa Chuen, Sha Tin HOS, Tsz Wan Shan HOS. All paperwork handled by us.
For HKHA Public Housing
Building Authority written consent required (4-8 weeks). Free unit eligibility check before deposit. We don't charge or proceed until approval is in hand.
Production at Kwun Tong Workshop
WALLBED KING (HK) workshop in Kwun Tong handles production. 4 stages:
- Week 1: Frame timber cutting + processing (FSC-certified plywood)
- Week 2-3: Surface finish + paint + hardware assembly
- Week 4: SBLM mechanism installation + 5x cycle test
- Week 5-6: QC + mattress matching + install scheduling
You receive: 2-week production update photo (WhatsApp) · 1-week pre-install date confirm · 2-day installer WhatsApp introduction.
Installation Day
Installer team arrives at 09:00. Ask about installation noise, permitted work hours and building-management arrangements.
Hour-by-hour timeline

Phase 8 (ongoing): 10-year warranty + annual check

Can I do this remotely while moving to HK?
Yes, partially. We can do floor plan-based virtual consultation + 3D rendering before you arrive. Site visit + final measurement happens after you're physically in HK. Some expats lock in deposit pre-arrival to secure production slot.
What if I leave HK before warranty period ends?
10-year warranty stays with the property. New owner / next tenant inherits warranty (free 5-min transfer registration). If you sell the flat, the wall bed adds 1.8-3.2% property value (Centaline 2024 reno-premium data).
What payment methods accepted?
