What to do with children's old furniture?
We can help arrange donations (e.g. Salvation Army / Fung Tak / charity furniture recycling) or resale (Carousell / HK Island second-hand furniture). We don't charge, just help arrange. Children's photos / memorabilia (teddy bears / graduation certificates etc.) can be stored in the wall bed's under-bed hidden storage, children can see them when they return to HK.
Is a wall bed suitable for 50+? Is it hard to operate?
Operation is very simple. SBLM hardware has hydraulic buffer, one hand to pull down or push up (5-8 kg force, lighter than opening a door). We can add grab bars + motion lights + emergency locks to enhance elderly-friendliness. We have 50+ customers who've used it for 3-5 years with no issues.
Can children sleep on it immediately when they return?
Yes. Wall bed with independent spring mattress (we recommend IKEA Hövåg HKD 2,000 or King Koil HKD 5,500), bed pulls down in 5 seconds, ready to sleep. 10x more comfortable than a sofa bed, saves thousands vs hotel each time. Children visit 3-4 times a year, breaks even in 2 years.
Is a wall bed suitable for a fitness room / yoga room / home theater room?

Our estate is old, is the wall suitable?
We have experience handling 70-80s era estates (e.g. Mei Foo Sun Chuen / Taikoo Shing / Kornhill Gardens). During site visit, we use ultrasonic testing on wall structure — 95%+ of private estates can be installed. Public housing requires Buildings Department approval (we handle this). 1960s or earlier tenement buildings need case-by-case assessment.
