3 · TST install logistics — the harbourfront approval factor
Many TST harbourfront luxury developments require Owners' Corporation pre-notification for any installation work:
- Harbour Crystal / Sorrento: 3-5 working day notice typical; may require specific install hours (10:00-16:00)
- Harbourfront Landmark: Owners' Corporation approval form + insurance docs from installer
- Harbour Place / The Masterpiece: case-by-case; typically simpler than peer luxury developments
- The Met / Sorrento sister buildings: 7-day notice + supervisor accompaniment during install
