Can you install evening / weekends to avoid disturbing neighbours?
No. Estate + EPD both prohibit post-18:00 or holiday work. But our install is only 4-6 hours, one day. You can schedule Saturday (09:30-18:00 OK), but not Sunday. Most customers choose Saturday morning.
I have BB / pet / elderly at home — does the 15-30 min drilling affect them?
We recommend BB / pet / elderly leave the unit during 30 min drilling (morning walk / dim sum / etc). Drilling exceeds 90 dB — short spike could startle BB or stress dogs/cats. Return after 30 min. We give you exact drilling time slot 1 day in advance.
