Is the rendering binding (price-wise)?
The estimate from rendering is valid 30 days. Final binding quote requires free on-site measurement (60 min visit) — typical variance is ±5% from rendering estimate (only if site reveals unexpected wall structure / AC issue).
How long until rendering arrives?
48 hours from receiving complete floor plan + photos + your brief. If incomplete, we'll WhatsApp asking for what's missing (typically wall photo or specific dimension).
Can I get rendering for multiple flats?
Yes — investors / multi-unit landlords get bulk renderings. WhatsApp us your portfolio (3+ units) — we batch-render in 5-7 days. Free regardless of unit count.
What if I'm just exploring (not buying yet)?
