FAQ (agent-specific)
Do I need to register or sign anything before referring?
1-page Referral Partner LOI signed digitally (DocuSign-style). Takes 60 seconds. Required for tax record + to confirm fee structure. We email it after your first referral.
What if client doesn't follow through?
No fee paid (we don't pay for cold leads). Fee is only paid on completed install. But we don't penalize you for client drop-off — keep referring.
Can I refer my entire client list at once?
No — we ask 1 client at a time, and only when relevant (small-flat / renovation context). Bulk lead-list referrals don't convert and waste your reputation. Quality over quantity.
Do you compete with my agency?
No. We don't sell property. We don't offer concierge services. We don't take property listings. Pure wall bed install. Your client relationship is safe.
Can I add wall bed installation to my existing service offering (and bill my client directly)?
Yes — different model. You become a "Service Provider" instead of "Referral Partner". You charge your client retail; we sub-contract through you with your own brand. 12-15% trade margin instead of fixed referral fee. Better for high-volume agents. Discuss after first 3 referrals.
What about my brokerage's compliance?
EAA (Estate Agents Authority) typically allows referral fees from non-property service providers. Check with your brokerage's compliance — some require disclosure to client. We provide standard disclosure language for your use.
