Ask for a specification tied to the model and configuration in your written quote. A general brochure or website photo is useful for discussion but does not identify every component of your order.
Configuration
- Bed and cabinet dimensions in both open and closed positions.
- Mechanism brand/model, applicable load rating and manufacturer instructions.
- Cabinet materials and finish, handles and any desk, sofa or storage.
- Mattress dimensions, thickness and weight compatibility.
- Required wall/floor support, fixings, clearance and operating instructions.
- Delivery, installation and any extra work.
- Warranty provider, covered components, charges and exclusions.
