1. 牆身承重能力 | Wall Load-Bearing Capacity

Old building walls may not be strong enough to support a wall bed, especially brick walls and wooden partition walls. We recommend hiring a professional to inspect the wall structure and reinforce it with steel frames if necessary. 2. 樓底高度 | Ceiling Height

舊唐樓通常樓底較高，但部份屋苑可能得2.3米左右。牆床最低要求係2.1米樓底，安裝前要準確量度。如果樓底太低，可以考慮矮身款嘅牆床。

Old tenement buildings usually have higher ceilings, but some estates may have ceilings as low as 2.3 meters. The minimum ceiling height for a wall bed is 2.1 meters, so accurate measurement is crucial before installation. If your ceiling is too low, consider opting for a low-profile wall bed model.

3. 電力佈線 | Electrical Wiring

舊樓嘅電線可能老化或者佈局過時。安裝牆床時要避開電線位置，特別係喺牆身鑽孔嘅時候。建議聘請持牌電工檢查電線。

Electrical wiring in old buildings may be outdated or deteriorated. When installing a wall bed, avoid areas with electrical wiring, especially when drilling into walls. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to inspect the wiring.

4. 樓梯同走廊寬度 | Staircase and Corridor Width

唐樓嘅樓梯通常較窄，牆床組件可能要拆件搬運。安裝前要同師傅溝通好搬運路線，避免卡喺樓梯轉角位。
