Who we are

Wallbed by Design 窩居·家 is a Hong Kong wall-bed consultation hub operated by Easy Solution (Hong Kong) Limited (BR no. 68468987). We do not manufacture, install, or service wall beds. We are a marketing and consultation partner.

• Does the installation
• Issues the 10-year warranty (last 5 years free)
• Handles after-sales service and spare parts

How money flows

When a customer we refer signs a wall-bed contract with WALLBED KING within 30 days of a showroom visit, WALLBED KING pays us a referral commission. You do not pay us anything extra — your wall bed price is the same whether you find WALLBED KING through us or directly. Our commission comes from WALLBED KING's margin, not your wallet.

The 10% promo

When we refer you and you book a showroom visit this month + sign within 30 days, you save 10% on the wall bed. This discount is funded by WALLBED KING. Terms at /promo.

What we don't do

• We don't manufacture wall beds
• We don't install wall beds
• We don't honour the warranty (WALLBED KING does)
• We don't take payment for wall beds (you pay WALLBED KING directly)
• We don't determine the final price (WALLBED KING quotes after a site visit)

Why have a marketing partner at all?

Three reasons WALLBED KING works with us instead of just running their own ads:

1. HK-flat specialist content — we publish 100+ pages of educational content (sizing guides, installation FAQs, mattress fit) that WALLBED KING doesn't have time to write.
2. Independent voice — we'll tell you when a wall bed isn't right for you. WALLBED KING (as the manufacturer) has a harder time saying that.
3. WhatsApp 24/7 consultation — we run an AI consultation bot on +852 4423 7445 that captures customer needs before a showroom visit.

• Our consultation is free. No obligation.
• You can complain about either us OR WALLBED KING through HK Consumer Council if anything goes wrong.

Conflicts of interest

We have one: we earn more if you buy. So our advice could be biased toward selling you a wall bed. To counter that:

• We publish /buyer-risk-disclosure — what could go wrong with a wall bed
• We publish /how-to-spot-a-fake-quote — how to tell if you're being upsold
• The bot at +852 4423 7445 must say "wall bed isn't right for you" if your flat dimensions or budget don't fit. (See AI policy rule 2.)
