We take 4 premium installs per month.

A premium install runs 2–4 weeks of design, joinery, and on-site work — we cap intake so each project gets the principal joiner and our owner's site visits. Standard $20k installs run on a separate pipeline and are not capacity-constrained.

Process

Five touchpoints. Four weeks of design.

    Concierge intake call (45 min)
    Owner-led video call. We look at your floor plan, discuss finish direction, and confirm whether we have a slot in the next 2 months.
  2. 02
    Showroom visit · Kwun Tong
    Touch finishes. Operate the mechanism. Sample boards selected and delivered to your home for at-home review under your own lighting.
  3. 03
    Site visit + CAD drawing
    Principal joiner takes measurements. CAD drawing emailed within 5 working days. Iterate until you (and your architect/designer) sign off.
  4. 04
    Fabrication (3–4 weeks)
    Workshop builds your cabinet. Owner inspects before shipping. You receive a photo update at the halfway mark.
  5. 05
    White-glove install (1 day)
    Four-person crew, dust-controlled, floors masked. Owner attends for first 2 hours. As-built CAD + warranty card emailed before they leave.
