Quote 上每個 line item 我哋會 spell out。如果 site visit 後發現 unexpected 工序（罕見），我哋會 send revised quote 等你 approve 先做 — 永遠唔會 surprise charge。
用 generic / Taobao / 仿冒 hardware
我哋只用美國原廠 SBLM® hardware（透過 WALLBED KING）。每張床嘅 hardware serial number 我哋畀你 + 可以 verify 在 SBLM patent registry。如果你 prefer 平 generic（HKD 5-10k），我哋唔接呢類訂單。
Cross-sell 你唔需要嘅 add-on
Site visit 我哋會推薦 add-on（衣櫃 / sofa-combo / pet protection），但只 based on 你嘅 actual use case。如果你話「我冇養寵物」，我哋唔會 push pet protection package。
承諾安裝日期但延期 without notice
30% 訂金後我哋 commit 安裝日期。如果 production 有問題（極罕見），我哋至少 1 週前 WhatsApp 你 + 提供 alternative dates + HKD 1,000 compensation 自動加入 refund / 餘額。
裝完之後 ghost 你
30 日 sign-off period 內任何 issue 我哋 24 小時 reply + 7 工作天 within fix。10 年保用期內每年 reminder 你 free annual check。即使 5 年後你聯絡我哋有事，我哋一定 reply — even if it's 「nice to hear from you」on a Saturday.
Push hard sales tactics
「Quote only valid today」、「last available slot」、「3 周加價」呢類 manipulation 我哋唔做。Quote 30 日內有效，加價會 honor 原 quote。如果你想 think 1 個月，我哋等 1 個月。
Mislead 比較 vs competitors
我哋唔講「我哋係 HK 最好」 — 我哋講具體 differences （hardware origin, warranty terms, install process）。如果競爭對手有更 fit 你嘅 case，我哋會話畀你知 + refer。
Re-sell 你嘅 contact / data
WhatsApp data + Site visit data + Email = 我哋 internal 用，從唔 share / sell 比第三方。亦唔 export 去任何 marketing list。如果你想 stop receive 我哋 reminder，one-line WhatsApp 即取消。
使用未經訓練嘅 contractor
