What to request

• Mechanism brand/model and manufacturer installation instructions.
• Applicable load rating, test conditions and required fixings/support.
• Mattress dimensions and weight limits for that configuration.
• The site-assessment and written installation scope.
• The supplier’s actual warranty, charges and exclusions.
