Sample unit installation (2-3 weeks)

Bulk production (4-12 weeks)
Full quantity manufactured at Kwun Tong workshop. Weekly progress updates. Photos of production milestones. Quality control by senior cabinetmakers.
Estate / building approval (concurrent)
Standardized approval submission to estate management or hotel Building Service. Public liability + structural certificates included. Typical approval 5-10 working days for commercial installations.
Phased installation (1-3 weeks)

What about insurance and risk?
HKD 50M public liability insurance covers our installation work. We provide structural engineer sign-off (AP/RSE) for all installations. Operator's existing building insurance typically extends to wall bed unit (we provide spec sheet for insurance underwriter).

Boutique hotel: 8-14 months. Serviced apartment: 6-10 months. Co-living: 12-18 months. Variability depends on ADR uplift achieved + occupancy ramp-up. Most operators achieve breakeven within 12 months.
Can we get a sample unit before committing?
Yes. Sample unit installation HKD 35-45k (refundable against bulk order if we proceed). Includes full design, install, and 30-day operator trial. Most operators decide within 2 weeks of sample install.
Do you handle international projects (Macau, Singapore, etc.)?
HK and Macau yes. Singapore and other ASEAN cities case-by-case. Project minimum 25 units for non-HK locations. We partner with local installers for non-HK while retaining design/QC oversight.
