Schedule 上門 fix
If in-warranty:
- Standard: 3-5 working days schedule
- Emergency: 24-48 hours priority slot
- You: 確認 home-access time slot (1-2 hour window)
- 我哋: parts replacement + labor + transport 全部 cover
上門 fix + 5-cycle re-test
Technician 上門:
- Bring spare parts (我哋預 stock SBLM hardware)
- Replace / fix / lubricate
- 5-cycle re-test (確認 stable)
- Document fix (extends your record for future claims)

邊啲屬於 in-warranty?
SBLM 五金鬆 / 卡 / 油壓滲漏 = 10 年內全部 in-warranty. Frame crack / 結構 fail = 5 年內 in-warranty. 床墊 spring 塌陷 / manufacturing defect = 1 年內 in-warranty. 客戶誤用 (overload / 拆 hardware) = out-of-warranty.
In-warranty fix 收唔收費?
100% free. 包括: parts (replacement hardware) + labor (上門) + transport. 我哋 absorb 全部 cost. 客戶只需要 home access for the visit.
幾耐可以上門 fix?
Standard: 3-5 working days from WhatsApp (depends on parts availability + 你 schedule). 緊急 (床唔可以放低 = 唔可以瞓): 24-48 hours priority slot (我哋 reserve emergency slots for in-warranty 客戶).
如果 wall bed 已經 transfer 去新業主, warranty 仲有效嗎?
有. 10 年 warranty stays with the property, 唔係 follow original buyer. 新業主 / next tenant 可以 claim. 但要 free 5-min transfer registration (WhatsApp 我哋你嘅 unit address + 新 contact).
Out-of-warranty 修理收幾多?
視乎 fix 範圍. 我哋透明 pricing: hardware part replacement HKD 1,500-3,500 (parts + labor), frame repair HKD 2,000-5,000, mattress replacement HKD 2,000 (我哋 source compatible). 上門 onsite diagnosis 收 HKD 500 (deductible if 你後續 fix).
我已經喺其他 vendor 買, 你哋肯 fix 嗎?
Out-of-warranty 我哋接受 third-party wall bed fix (HKD 1,500 onsite + parts at cost). 但部分 internal mechanism 我哋唔識嘅 brand 可能 escalate to original vendor.
每年 annual check 點 schedule?
我哋 December WhatsApp 提醒. 你回覆 1-2 個 home-available slot (typical 1 hour window). 我哋 schedule technician 1 hour onsite. 包: hardware oiling + bolt tightness + 5-cycle test + update record.
