Why visit Kwun Tong (vs deciding online)
Wall beds are 80% the same on paper. The 20% that matters — gas-piston smoothness, edge fit, mattress depth, panel thickness, color match under HK humidity — only reveals itself in person. A 30-min Kwun Tong visit eliminates 90% of regret.

Common Kwun Tong showroom questions
Will I be pressured to commit at the showroom?
No. We don't accept deposits at showroom visits. Decisions happen at home with a written quote in hand. Pressure-free showroom = clearer thinking. We don't want regret-buyers.
Can I bring my partner / family / interior designer?
Yes. Up to 3 guests free. 4+ requires advance notice (showroom is medium-sized). Designers welcome — many of our consultations come via interior designers.
What if I just want to see one to satisfy curiosity (not buying soon)?
Welcome. Many visit 6-12 months before buying. Just be honest about your timeline — affects what we recommend.
Is this Wallbed by Design's showroom or WALLBED KING's?
WALLBED KING's (the manufacturing partner). Wallbed by Design is the marketing-and-consultation partner — we arrange visits there. There's no separate Wallbed by Design showroom. Setup keeps our advisory independent.
Cantonese / English / Mandarin support?
All three. Chinese preferred for technical detail. EN fully supported. Some staff speak Mandarin (Putonghua).
What should I bring?
Floor plan (PDF or photo), flat measurements, photos of the wall where bed will go, your phone (record the demo), and one concrete priority ("minimize daily friction" / "maximize storage" / "lowest budget").
What's nearby for lunch / coffee before the visit?
apm Mall, Millennium City 5 (multiple cafes/restaurants), Kwun Tong Plaza all within 10-min walk. Recommend Cafe de Coral / Tsui Wah for HK locals; Pacific Coffee / Starbucks for casual; KikitiKi for higher-end coffee.
